clutch pedal clunk

so every now and then when my clutch is disengaged all the way up. when i press it down i hear this pop noise like something was caught and then popped when it was uncaught.

Sometimes it happens a lot other times just once

so yeah i came outside around 11 this morning and the right side of my hood had this white residue on it. i licked my finger and rubbed on a corner to find that it flaked off slightly. but from what im understanding about cams i can get the comp 200 cam and get an adjustable cam gear.

Take it to a dyno shop and have the advance or retard the timing slightly to bring the torque to lthe lower end of the band?

Or will that create issues

when i press down on my rear end multiple times getting it to bounce you hear a clink clink clink clink noise. It better not be my struts they are onl a month old.
