i thought stage 1 was factory on 04-05 and was an upgrade for 03 only?

as for your stage 2 dilemma bring it with you to the show, theres plenty of knowledgeable ppl that could install it easy enough on the show field.

yeah you'll need a rear sway as yours doesnt have one. go to a junk yard and rip one off of any 00 or any 2gn r/t

i'll make a few suggestions

if you want something that is actually going to perform nicely and not just give you a decent ride look into koni STR struts, much better quality than cheapo monroes.

as for oil, go with Mobil 1 high mileage 5w30

i'd replace the upstream o2, check again

fuel pressure should be 58 but 53 isnt far off

i'd also check the wiring to the o2 sensor for short

its not common for the ECU to fail so i would look elsewhere first.

i used the xtd clutch in my r/t for a while, it worked fine. i'm pretty sure its a rebadged PT clutch honestly.

i wouldnt even try shaping new metal, i'd be cutting a section out of a donor car. i plan to do the same thing with my rear 1/4 on the black car (same one i need fenders for)

btw how are you going about breaking the factory tack welds?

You've definitely got the angled piece for between the throttle body and the manifold, right? I only ask because I didn't modify mine at all and it fits great. I don't have a Magnum though. On mine - I have the 'regular' piece. I don't know about r/tguy02, however. Regardless - 'Sectioning' the Ice...
