Changing the tb location would not effect overall performance at all (because you're not really changine anythin when you're at WOT). I don't think throttle response would change, and i doubt you'd see any significant gains but it seems like it would be cheap enough to try. Any idea why Dodge added the bellows in the first place?

Just get good gear. I hit the ground at 50mph wearing a helmet, leather gloves, jeans, frank thomas mesh jacket, and sneakers and got very very minor road rash on my shin and ankle. Had I been wearing boots the only injury would have been my shin.
