I do know if it matters but this is on a turbo application. Only 7 horse gain with the magnum head and cam! If thats true that kind of sucks!

I would love to get a hold of a complete magnum head. Its almost like trying to find the holy grail.

I was woundering if I could use some the parts from my stock 03 sxt head.

I know the cam is different and I assume the magnum head probably has heavier valve springs.

How much for the cam?

I am have a 03 sxt with a SRT4 turbo set up. I am running amegasquirt. It has stock internals for now. I am thinking about putting in a crane 12 cam. Do I need to put in heavier valve springs as well?

I am open to other cam suggestions as well.

Thanks again esteinmaier. That brings me another question where do I wire in my fast idle control wire for my megasquirt? The megasquirt wiring diagram shows the PWM, I still do not know where this is in my car. Is it a aftermarket module? What am I missing?

Thanks sorry about the dumb question. As you can tell this is fairly new to me. I can not find the PWM in my neon wiring diagram. Where is it located and what does it look like?

Not to sound like a dumb ass, but is the PWM the powertrain control module?

Does anyone know where to find a IAC motor for my 03 neon sxt that will work with a super 420A mega squirt? I do not have my fast idle hooked up and I would like to get my idle issues taken care of. I have been told I have to have a different IAC motor to make it work.

Thats Ok if you can't find them. If you run into them and send send me your MSQ great. I think at some point I will be able to get the car tuned.

Well I figured out what was going on. I had the launch control turned on but nothing else hooked up for launch control. It is no longer cutting timing.

I would like to take a look at your MSQ. Where can I get a copy of it? I have a lot of time in the mega squirt I would really like to get it working but I must admit I am start to get flustrated.

More dumb questions. I assume to change timing setting for boost I adjust the spark table at the higher kpa's say 80 on up. If this is correct do I increase or do I decrease the numbers in the spark table advance the timing? How much of a change do I need to make for 1 degree of advance? [/code]

Sounds good. I am not sure about spark and timing setting any way. Please feel free to look through it and tell me what you think. I will get the MSQ file in the next day or two.

Me again, I have my 03 sxt up and running fairly well at 8 psi of boost with my newly installed mega squirt except for one issue. It is cutting fuel and spark at 5,000 rpm. I am not real familiar with the mega tune software yet. I all of this stuff is still esoteric to me. I will see if I can find the window for these setting in megatune and see what I have.

I have been doing some research. I have not set the rates for my injectors yet. Could this be a problem?

I am running srt4 527cc injectors. SRT 4 guys can you here a ticking noise from your injectors at idle?

I had the srt4 turbo manifold, adaptor, intercooler, and the srt4 exhaust with cat removed all installed before I installed the megasquirt. LC-1 wideband as well.

It sounded fine with the same exhaust manifold on before I installed the mega squirt.

I have a stock SRT turbo in my 03 SXT and it is functioning. I am about to go with a Hahn portfueler for my fuel management. Stock internals for now.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should use to control timing and ignition?
