Presumably the metal section of the plug is intact. If the porcelain section is still inside the tube you may need long thin needle nose pliers or a retriever tool to get it out of the way. Once that is removed simply connect to the spark plug with your socket and unthread it... if you are very care...

Yes, I ordered a Steel Blue Metallic touchup kit from them last summer. The paint was an excellent match and I received exactly what was ordered. My only complaint was that one of the bottle caps cracked... but that was likely due to my over-tightening of the cap. Just the same... I'd like to see bo...

When in college I purchased used vehicles but then went on to working life where I always bought new. The exception was with Neon which I purchased used from someone I knew... then proceeded to drop a few bucks into it for maintenance issues. So far so good... the Neon has been good to me. I've never had any comments about the Neon, but I endured plenty of comments about the 1972 Ford Pinto Hatchback I drove many years ago. ...now that I have your attention. From yesterday until early this morning our area has received 18 inches of fresh new snow to play in. Getting out to the parking lot was a challenge where I discovered the Neon was literally buried. Most of the snow was over the hood and windshield area. ...

Yes, definitely replace the water pump while you have it that far apart. I had my timing belt replaced about ~8000 miles before it was due. The water pump had developed seepage and did not rotate as smoothly as the new one. Other parts that were replaced while mine was apart: -water pump -timing bel...

My financial philosophy is this: Dump pay checks into savings. Save early, often and reap the rewards of that later. Keep the Neon well maintained but don't go pouring thousands into it. The problem in most cases is that the emotions takes over from the brain. Saving isn't considered sexy, but dumpi...
