Well they are just mild steel 2.5" painted with some high temp silver on the outside and they pretty much black on the inside.

I guess I could try to do something about that.

Well I got the Neon all ready for the winter with some Bridgestone IceCompoundII Studable tires mounted on the stock 14" rims. Do the SRT motor swap and that would be ~4-5K$ or a 50-75shot nitros wet kit for 600-900$ and call it a day I would also put the neon on a diet, reduce as much weight as possible.... and that would make it a lil faster as well. Well i can take all the stuff I put in it and sell it bone stock for a lot less if you want. Poobably like 5K or something.... And all the parts are going on ebay or on here. Not a problem.

The KW kit is ~1400$ shipped and the body kit should be no more then ~700 to my door + Painting.

As to the Blower the company is out in europe so I dont know how much or how thats going to go... It might get expensive.

The car is one of the last one made it was put togethere in Germany in the Opel/Vauxhall Assembly plants. This particular one is fully loaded with all available options, self leveling suspension and and headlights and all the rest of the goodies that come with it. its a 2001 has 60100miles on it and...

Loose the wing and I think it would look better.

IMO the wing would look better if you had some sort of a body kit or something to go with it. It stands out too much ....

Ummmmm engines dont need to be broken in any more, all the parts inside are so precisely machined that they even run with 0W20 motor oils and break ins are a thing of the past.

mobil one in my opinion sucks...well shouldn't say sucks bc it is very good....BUT when i did use it holy hell it made the neon "tick" 3 times as loud..but i'm back to my castrol synthetic stuff i have been using since i got my 02 U realize thou that the Castrol Syntec is not a truly synthetic oil ...

Well are these SLR mirrors about the size of our stock ones meaning the area of the acutal mirror. And a second question is do they point up at an angle like the M3 mirrors or do they stay horizontal just like the stockers.

Well the idea was to buy them and paint them silver with black ribs. The only problem is that I dont want them to point at an angle when I install them like the M3 mirrors.

Has anyone seen these on a car before. I was wondering if anyone has any pix of them.

I dont like the M3 mirrors becasue of the way they point up so can anyone tell me if these are going to point up the same way.
