I have a question about the Silverstars. I bought some about 2 years ago and they blew the headlight (lowbeam) part of the switch out. I had to replace the switch 2x and then went back to stock bulbs. My questions are: 1. Will the newer SilverStars do this? 2. Which Silverstars or HID kits do you re...

TY for the replies. My fear is that they will draw too much power from the switch in the steering column and fry the switch.

I had that happen with a pair os Sylvania bright lights.

Will the set on Oznium.com cause that to happen?

Is there a lot of acid on the battery? If so, this is the problem. I had this about 2 months ago and finally broke down and bought a new battery. My problem was that everything came on, even the radio, but once I tried to start, all lights went out. It was acid on the terminals. Go to AutoZone or Ad...

So, I went to AutoZone and bought a little pad that clings to any surface and the placed this in the top tray above the A/C vents.

That is exactly what I want, however I do want defrost.

There is a little divit above the air vents that would be perfect for any cell phone but when you make any turn it flies off of there.

So what product (exact name please) would allow me to put there to keep my cell phone in place?

I have a single cd player, after market self installed.

I guess the cheapest thing to do is to check out that no slip stuff @ Walmart.

Thanks.

Relocate traction control and defrost

I would like to relocate my traction control and defrost switches. There are currently located in the center console right below my head unit. I would like to put a tray there for my cell phone. My question is to fold: 1. Have any of you relocated these? 2. How would I go about doing so? TIA Aaron

That is a nice way to attach it. Where did you buy the 2 metal pieces to connect the TB to the engine?

My concern is that the TB (throttle body) will just dangle. Is there a way to connect this to something?

Also, how do you keep water from getting into the filter, thus getting into the engine? My car is stock height, no lowering involved.

Sweet. Thanks for the heads up on that.

I am probably going to toss the 1st one but keep the rubber tubs, fasteners, and filter.

Want to get a CAI...

I bought a CAI on ebay for $25. It came with mounting brackets that were impossible to connect it to the car. It has ONE hole in it for a temp sensor, but is too big for it. I came with NO hose to attach to the engine. So I have been looking around on Ebay and found a CAI that would be suitable. So ...

2gn owner from PA

I am the proud owner of a 01 Red ES(R/T). I just recently paid it off. It has 94500 miles on it. I came here per a recommendation of a friend of mine who also owns a Neon. I recently bought a CAI from ebay for $40. I am going to post for help on it. Anywho, my name is Aaron. I am from Dillsburg, PA....
