As far as I have read, the domestic & export 2gn Neons came out of the Illinois plant. But there is a possibility of some production in the German plant with the 300-C Touring (a Magnum with a 300-c nose& interior) chagerse

OK guys here goes. The 2nd generation Neon ran from 2000 to2005 (06 maybe in limited numbers) with 4 different noses and 2 taillight designs. First nose:02-01, second nose:02 only, third nose: 03-05/06?, and the 03-05 SRT-4. Taillights- 00-02 first design, 03-05/06? the final smaller design. chargerse

The SRT-D package was an option on the SXT . It had the SRT spoiler, SRT type nose, & a non-functioning SRT scoop. chargerse

The problem you guys are having is the same one I had with my '02 SXT. the starter, & fuel pump relays are going south on you guys. It took me nearly 2 years to figure it out. Also, Igot my AC working again by replacing the relay on it, too. By the way, they are under the hood(bonnet for you Brits)a...
