there are only 2 bolts, but you can't move the headlight enough to get to the bulbs unless you move the grille and bumper a bit.

i agree that you will not learn until you try, but choose yor battles wisely. start with something small, like a speaker box or kick panel, not a brand new bumper.

there are lots of methods to do that, but none of them are suggested for a newbie to fg. most people have no idea about the amount of time and effort it takes to make something a finished working product. this is definately not a project to learn fg on.

tint laws are crazy. in ohio the law is no more than 50% on the fronts, but all 3 rear can be 0%. while it isn't legal, on my other car i went with 35% all the way around and have never had a problem.
