yeah I know but I talk and drive and its hard to shift doing that. And its really hard to eat and shift lol. So autos for everyday and 5spds for the weekend. Just my point of view. I love to drive but 5spds are just a hassle for everyday tasks. Thanks for the input because I had a 2000 Neon (not my ...

I mean I understand but it sounded very blatant that I was uneducated. UNDEReducated I am but not uneducated, and I do appreciate the info but it just sounded harsh.

That has got to put stress on an engine 380 with bolt ons and nitrous probably didnt last long.

Thanks but I dont think these what ifs are helping in my decisions. I just seem to be making people angry for some reason or another. As if I was asking questions that people discourage, I might want to build an N/A daily with an A670 in a first gen but I just want ideas as to where the power gains ...

12 years makes you cocky doesnt it? But just understand I knew those things coming into this question. Assuming the answers would come with those assumptions as well. And the whole point was a simple answer. Not simply a 11.7-10.7 answer but a YES or NO. You either can or cant shave a full second of...

But I was wondering what is the most cost effective way to get power out of an N/A motor if it is ATX. Becau...

OK so for all the smarties out there, just some clarification. I was refering to the same car all-motor, then on the bottle at the same temp and elevation. Thanks for calling me dumb I really apreciate it and its more like asking if you could give me your test scores before and after you took a clas...

Ok that makes sense enough but what are some 1/4 times. I want to see how much it makes. I mean calculators show almost a full second shaved off with a 150 shot. And yes nitrous has gotten a bad name but it is still reliable if used right.

Please explain further, what can be done with a stock motor with only a tune. Because I have an ATX that turtles have passed on a good day. Yeah the 30-60 times are sweet but 0-30 Peter Griffan can run faster than that. I have a borla catback and a aem cold air and beefy plugs and wires. Yeah I know...

If I were to buy generic lowering springs will that do the same as the 1gn base model springs. All those 1gn freaks want too much for stock springs. One guy told me $175, four USED stock springs that is FUBAR.

All I was saying is that in perfect conditions with the now stated horsepower 1/4 times are likely to be high 14's and Motorweek did a show on the Caliber SRT-4 and its best time with them was 15.00 so its still slower because of the weight which just plain sucks. I mean I hate the Caliber, but I st...

Thats all Im saying is that with a LITTLE leaner condition you may be able to pull of the same power with less psi so your not straining the turbo

Nitrous Runs?

Not THE RUNS!
Anyway has anyone ran a stock SRT on a say a 150 shot of NOS and what are the 1/4 times. Or anyone with a 13 second car to see the 1/4 mile change. I would really like to see if 150 shot of NOS will really help a 300whp car break into the 10's. Just for reference of course :D
