I swapped the socket from the drivers side and it still didn't work, the socket is good. There is no power coming from the plug that connects to the socket, I checked it with a test light. Could the wire have shorted out coming out of the mfs plug?

Folgers Coffee no bull, I left the window in my neon open when it was raining and when it dried up it stunk real bad. Got a cup off Folgers coffee, not mixed and ready just the powder and put it in the center over night. Next day threw out the coffee and smell was gone. Try it!

after being at my dealer i really doubt they know what they're doing, all they did was tell me the obvious, they cleared the code, test drove it and told me its not shifting gears. changed speed sensor and drove it again, same thing not shifting gears. dealers says my tranni needs to be rebuild.

*P0700 and P0731* 04 Neon

P0731 is Incorrect 1st gear ratio which is causing p0700. my speedometer and fuel gauge dont work. Could it be the output/input speed sensor? a Fuse? can i do it myself or do i need to take it to a tranny shop and is it going to be expensive?
