The fart can (or cannon as others call it) eliminates the restriction of the muffler. If you're trying to make more power for the least amount of money possible, this is the best way. it would be direct plug and play with a neon cluster (or srt-4 if you could live with some lights on) that had a tach. The cluster will not show the correct milage of your car though. It's stored in the cluster and the pcm. If your pcm says you have 32,000 miles and your new cluster (with tach) says...

talk to screaming03neon, he got it wired for me so that if i remove the ground (or flip the switch) it thinks its in 3rd gear (the computer does) and can rev as high as i want. litterally as high as u want. wait... what?? so you have no rev limiter or fuel cut? I thought if you weren't using a MTX ...

if you want better braking performance, swap the master cylinder as well, and leave the rear solid rotors. I'm running hawk HPS pads and they are extremely low dust if any at all.
