Got get a 50/50 chance with them I guess.

I personally wouldn't buy a eBay turbo.

We usually run the main power cables through conduit as to make it easier to change them if the client ever wants a bigger electric panel in the future.

But I'm still wondering why the hell did he use a self-tapping screw for? Those screw are usually used for metal and plastic, no?

The oil could have made a crust where it seals between the filter and the engine. Clean and inspect it to see if there's any residue.

When removing the wheels and disk to check the shoes, apply some lubricant on the e-brake mechanism; where the cable meets the metal bracket?, they sometime get stuck because of the rust and may cause some difficulties engaging the e-brake.

How-To Adjust parking brake on rear disks. I assume the method is mostly the same for rear drum brakes but I think the rear drum brakes self-adjust when applying the brake really hard when going in reverse. Also, no matter how much you adjust it, if there no material left on the e-brake shoe, it is...

I have BC coilovers with camber plates in the rear. I'M pretty happy so far except for the stupid rear camber plate design. The ride is definitely a little rougher than stock even on the softest setting, but it is to be expected when lowering a car. Just installing the BCs will drop you about 1inch ...

Not a ground. Fuse are placed in-line with what they are intented to protect, bad connection and too much amperage going through it might have made a spark powerfull enough to melt it.
