I do still have that leak, and I replaced the oil pressure sensor and valve cover gasket. I will definitely take a look at the power steering because it was low on fluid a few weeks ago. Which hose did you have problems with? Not sure if I know where the pressure hose is.

Are those the correct fogs for the bumper?.. They just look different...

Killer deal on the seats! Bought my Viper inspireds, no harness-thru's, for $100.

Nope just regular oil. I ran it for maybe 9k miles last year, and now I continually run it and change the oil every 3k. But ya, the first 100k was just regular oil.. Not to mention the total of 13 months that the car sat during my two deployments. I'm not mad about it at all, though! Lol. *edit* I k...

Changed my valve cover gasket, as well as the oil pressure switch/sensor, yesterday. Gonna post some pics of the top end.. Glad to say that there is absolutely no sludge or damage... For a motor that has well over 100k miles... It looks friggin immaculate. Gonna clean up any oil leak leftover tomorr...

So I can't really get a decent picture of the oil pressure switch... hope this is enough. I know it's raining today, but it seems there's a lot of buildup on the exhaust shield portion behind the switch. If I go about replacing this... does anyone have any suggestions on how the heck to get it out? ...

That's exactly what I need to do. I have no more defrost mesh, and it's got a crack from there all the way to the edge of the dash above that little cubbie spot (where the SRT boost gauge sits). It's horrid.

Ya, I'll get one tomorrow. I'll also get another look at the Cam sensor, since it got a good cleaning on Monday. But yesterday I did notice a good bit of oil on top of the transmission (below the cam sensor). Which brand should I get? Also, I'm using a Mobil 1 OF now, so we'll see how that holds up.

I'm not sure about the cam sensor because its only a couple months old, plus I took it off and put copper sealant around the edge about a month ago.

Where is the oil pressure switch/sensor?

Alright, did a very very thorough cleanup of the underside. Cleaned the edges of the oil pan, the steering rack was coated in gunk (you can actually see the silver now), power steering cooler had a bunch of stuff between the fins, etc. Started it up for about 15 minutes, went downstairs and this is ...

Ya, I have used two different types. The Mobil1 will be the third, and I haven't tried the Pure One yet (which I've read is the best one). We'll see if I get around to getting it fixed... I really want to get the Dart, so we'll see :D Oh, and I have ALLDATA... which is awesome. Wish I had it before ...

These being the "tough guards", are they any better than the red FRAM's? We started ordering Mobil 1's, so I'll run that. And we have an outstanding commercial account thru Advance. Anyway, I'll spray everything down when I get a moment... It's raining today, so it may be next week when I do this. J...

**I didn't embed the images in the first post just to help with loading images... so it doesn't bog anyone's computer/phone down** Was trying to do some searching on here, looked for axle seals, head gasket, etc.... not really sure what is causing this leak, for sure, because it is kind of all over ...

I didn't change the crank or cam seals... Wasn't sure how to tell if I needed to... My oil pan leaks more. And where my passenger axle goes into the trans, it leaks there too... Anyway, there's no gasket on the timing cover. There's some sort of rubber lining on the tensioner bracket when it bolts i...

Dang, glad I don't work at a Jiffy Lube... but at Snappy Lube instead. We work on our own cars all the time, as long as we don't have customers. Heck, I did my timing belt last week in the shop lol. Plus, I'm the manager at this shop... :D

Maybe you should convert

So. Note to self, since I had never done something so major to my car before: there are TDC marks on the camshaft gear AND the crank sprocket. My timing is definitely off enough to notice a loss in power. Exhaust has a more suttle sound, which I like better, but the car doesn't pull like it should (...

Just an update... Seems like my crank sensor took a crap the same time I did my timing belt. Hasn't had any moments of sputtering, lights still off, running alright (minus the powerband shift... It definitely sounds different too). So I guess that was all that was wrong... thank for all the help and...

Alright, well I installed an Autozone crankshaft positioning sensor today so we'll see how well that lasts. Cleared the code through our inspection computer, and let it idle for a little while (while I messed with my passenger side HID wiring... *sigh* lol). Everything seems well so far. No odd, sud...

Dang, <200 miles on a tank. I switched to 89 a little while ago and was averaging 31+ city/hwy. I'm getting about 250-275 on a tank, still on 89. Not sure why I dropped so much unexpectedly, because I was getting 300+ miles on a tank easy.

And another note... It's randomly going into limp mode while I'm driving, when the MIL is already on. I had to shut the car off while on the interstate and crank it back up (like, while driving) and it gets rid of limp mode... It's been the most aggravating thing ever. This effin 0335 code :banghead:

Ya, definitely noticed a change in the power band. I'll have to check that sometime in the future... When I feel like taking everything apart again.

And the sensor was purchased from Advance Auto... Are they both the same "quality"? Where should I get that sensor from?

Another symptom my car had is that I can't start the car (for it to warm up) without it stalling after 5 minutes.
