Can anyone tell me how you get the Ignition cylinder out of a 2000 dodge neon , I have taken the screws that I can see around it out & tried to press in the tab & pull it out to put my new one in but can't get it out , do I need a special tool ?

I ordered the SCT device to solve my problem , no vin needed.

How do you get a upgrade to say a stage 3 if you don't have the vin number to give them to reflash it , I have no way of knowing what the vin is of the skim or the stock computer that I have is ?

SRT FPR puts out more pressure but some have gotten away with using the Neon. To me, I'd swap it over for the added security since going lean on a boosted car isn't good.
