I don't think its the tC as its more of the advice you gave. The OP wants power windows and locks and you say to go and spend 18 grand on a new car. Unless it was supposed to be a joke, that's really lame advice. If you want locks, get a kit or get an alarm. An alarm would also save you money on you...

As far as the "best" winter tire goes the Hankook Ice Bears W300 have been regarded as top of its class this year for studless snow tires. But these tires only reach their full potential in temperatures under 45* Any higher temps and you run the risk of wearing out the thread prematurely. Hankook al...

Winter Assault Mode!
Well this is how the neon have been rolling around for a few months. My buddies and I have come to call it the Winter Assault Mode. Its due to an off road excursion during one of the first snow falls. I was driving down a dirt road coming down a hill towards a T-junction. I was decelerating and the ...

If the alternator worked when your brought the car in then it should be the same when it comes out. Something happened on their end and your should not be responsible. Talk to the service manager or even the owner if need be. Because what is happening is complete BS. I bet they forgot to hook up a f...

No aftermarket headunit will be compatible with the factory CD changer. 99% of aftermarket companies make their own CD changer for their headunits and some if not most nowadays can read MP3 discs. So take 6 CD's with 700MB of audio data each and you'll never have to change a CD for months :) Or you ...

Wire colors ^
You can use a multimeter to check it or even an old speaker and see if the headunit is putting out an audio signal and troubleshoot from there.

Ive heard Gates is by far the best brand belt to go with. I think it was $50 for mine. Then I bought the tensioner from the dealership and the water pump (new not refurb) from the parts store. I wouldnt really cheap out on this stuff. Its really important and buying cheap china crap may bite you in ...
