Just curious if you got this figured out. I'm in the middle of my r/t head swap and I'm having the same issue. If I push my belt in-between the cam gear and water pump I can move the alignment tang back and forth. Im also dead on with timing marks. Fired up the car for a quick minute and ran fine. ....

This is the exact reason why I don't do custom work on the forums. Although the work looks like it was done very quickly and if he had taken his time x could have been a quality piece. Fiberglass and any custom work always takes time which most of us nowadays just don't have... im glad I know how to...

The "screamer tube" or dump tube can be left open if you dont mind it being a little loud when it goes off or you can weld back into the exhaust.. If you get a 38mm they have pre-made tubes on Ebay for cheap... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-35MM-38MM-Turbo-Wastegate-Exhaust-Dump-Tube-Pipe-Elbow-...

That stinks.. Subs in a sealed box will hit deeper but will also require MORE power Subs in a ported box will hit louder and wont need as much power to do so Here's a quick pic of my setup. Took me forever to design it around my MOPAR rear strut bar.. http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll288/Caraudi...

If you are going to invert subs. . Reversing the polarity is still needed... This way the subs still shoot upwards not down into the box... is an old school trick to make the most of your setup. It will also make it sound add if your box is larger than it is. .. I made a similar setup but utilized t...

That won't work very well ,and If played Loud enough it will hyper extend the coils and cause damage. If you want to go that route put them in a sealed tube and reverse the polarity of the subs.
