Holy cow, this thing's getting more attention here than the .org and even 1gn, lol. Thanks for all the comments guys, I'm having a blast cruising around in this thing! I did hop in the SRT last night though and cruised around. As usual, the smile never left my face. There's a lot of stuff on the way...

I don't have the front mud flaps, but I'm trying desperately to find some. The roof rack is on it's way, so it may be on next week. As for the off road lights, no thanks. I also have clean, new looking OEM headlights in the mail and those, along with the fogs after I wetsand them, will be plenty for...

I've rediscovered 1st gen love...
After a long serach for a clean 1st gen to relieve the SRT of daily/winter duty, I picked this creampuff up last week. Not bad for $1000  http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/95Neon002.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/95Neon004.jpg http://i64.photobucket.c...

Re: Honda CRX
Mine was an '88 Si!The redesigned CR-X was on Car and Driver magazine's Ten Best list for 1988. The CR-X Si was Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year for 1988. The 1988 CR-X Si was named one of Road & Track's 10 Best Cars of All Time.

I miss that little go cart.

That brings back some memories. I forgot about that accident until I saw the picture, then it sparked my memory. I still think it looked better with the SXT front, but there's no doubt it's one of the nicest/cleanest/well done Neons period. Any plans to remedy the lack of powah anytime soon? BTW, ho...

Triumph says... I think that they're a great wheel. For me to poop on! For real though, they're a Mustang wheel, and they're just too busy in any diameter under 18". If 5 spokes are your thing, then why not go with the tried and true Rota slipstream? They're light, good looking, inexpensive, and ava...

I like how when someone says they're gonna do something cool, tons of people chime in and say, oh yeah, I was gonna do that too!!! LOL. I like it, but I think it would look better with flat black tails too. I was actually going to get a carbon fiber trunk and just leave that area exposed carbon fib...

I've been following it too! I kind of regret selling mine, but it was necessary to get my SRT. '88 Si with a B18 and B16 tranny, 90% restored, 99.9% rust free, Y56 Phoenix Yellow (original Y49 car), and TONS of fun! I was getting ready to order a J's front lip, amber corners, coilovers, and some new...

Do it. I also plan on doing this soon. My parents recently bought a business where I'll have access to a vinyl cutting machine and I plan on doing this in flat black with "SRT-4" cutout in the bottom right corner with "STAGE 2" underneath it so my eblue shows through. I've got an idea for the hood t...

I'm iffy on some things on ...

Ha, maybe I won't let her see this thread.... In all honesty, I was never a fan of the new Jettas either, but once we went to the VW dealership and saw them up close and whatnot, I kinda dig em. I know what fog inserts you're talking about now, Fuzzyneon, I thought there was an aftermarket setup or ...
