There are the V-band clamp types and then the ones with the bolts. Bolts are self explanitory, just remove them that are going into the compressor side and your set.

Check plugs, wires and coil like Alex stated. Could also be bad gas as well.

I'd start with the IAC and TPS. Check your vacuum lines also. See if you have any leaks anywhere. Start there and let us know what you find.

Swap your fuel pump relay for the horn relay. If it isn't getting fuel it won't start for obvious reasons. If its not that, it could be your MAP sensor sensing boost and failing. You need the IAC, MAP and TPS along with the ASD relay and Fuel pump relay to start the car. You still have options. Proc...
