If you want red, I think you should clean the color off and do red. Why settle for blue if you really want red? I just scratched the color off mine, with a utility knife blade, keeping it flat so it didn't dig in. I was a little nervous about it but it turned out great. I had the whole thing apart, ...

Interior in the dark

First picture post! Snapped a few pictures of my interior lighting mods so far, nothing too special. Disclaimer: All orange lights are darker than they appear, my crap camera made them a little more yellow. vvv I did my gauge cluster in orange, since everyone else does blue. I used incandescent bulb...

Or did we "fial" our sarcasm checks? But anyway, do you mean like one of the Bazooka tube subwoofers? All the ones I've ever seen come with an amplifier built in. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_204BTA1025/Bazooka-BTA10250D.html?tp=114 That would be what I'm thinking of, but maybe you're not. I don't know too much about transmissions and clutches, so what is it that's special about just the 00 pedals? Not that I want to get rid of mine or anything, I'm just wondering what options that opens up for me. Could I swap in a 1gn tranny fairly easily since I have the 00 pedals?

Ding ding ding! And the winner is... bad wheel bearing! I jacked it up and gave the tire a good spin, sat for like 3 minutes and listened to the noise it was making, then decided I might want to check it out. It was almost completely dry, but we couldn't get new bearings today, so we cleaned it out ...

A note on the humming, if that changes anything... It doesn't really start until about 40 MPH, 45 is terrible, 50 is almost silent, 55 and up it just gets higher pitched with speed. What's up with my tire?

My passenger side rear tire seems to make a lot of noise. I was looking at it the other day and it has kind of an odd wear pattern. http://i381.photobucket.com/albums/oo254/supermike71290/NANKANGXR611dfghdfg.jpg This is not my tire, but it's the kind I have, so I drew on it for a visual. I want to experiment with doing my Modern projectors with green demon eyes. Did you use pre-wired LEDs? Were did you get them if you did? I'm curious to see what one of the 880 bulbs would look like in the 00-02 foglights, purely for looks. Says they're 8000k. I've been wanting to try them, and one of my fogs just blew yesterday so I'm thinking it might be a good excuse.

Intrigued by the demon eye?? Oh, and I meant intrigued by your "plans for the new headlights that go FAR beyond (the demon eyes)"
