Yup, if everything works out, I want a loaded 05lgt.
I drove a 5spd a week before christmas and I loved it, sure the handling isn't as good as the neon's but it's a total sleeper, with low(ish) insurance rates!!
Plus, I could use a little more space inside the car, kinda sucks being tall in a neon.

Kinda lsp, I have decided it would be worth while to spend my money elsewhere. Well I'm not really looking at a specific car yet, But I got the model picked out, I bet most people wouldn't even think about it, but I love em. Hint they are called Liberty else where around the world. Its hard to say w...

No, it just does a full sweep of the gauges, you'd have to readjust the n...

Srtgtr34's 2000 neon: Mag goodies
So I have been on this site for a little while now, and made a couple small project threads but now I just want one single thread to show the cars progress. I bought the car back in may of 07, to be my first car. When I first got the car it looked like this: http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/6790/o...

actually that sounds like the fuse on the inside of the dash for parking lamps. I know because when my fuse was out I didn't have glowing gauges or lit tail lamps when driving at night. A fuse wouldn't cause the lights to come on when they weren't even turned on. It could possibly the stalk is worn...

Take apart the steering colum, a couple screws on bottom, and look at the multi function switch. Pull the plug out of the back of the assembly and check for a burnt plastic plug. It is common for these plugs to become melted causing the pins to touch each other and cause the symptoms you have descri...

TIme for a new timing belt
With the tax refund coming up, I have decided that the timing belt must be changed before I go to college. I am currently at 113k and the engine runs very smooth a relatively quiet. I have been searching around and have visited the other sites that other's have puchased their components from and got...

Doesn't really matter as you can't see the film itself under the tinted display. That's how I do it and you can't tell in the slightest. I also like that it's lighter. gives you more control over the color and how dim it becomes  I have the SMD long NeonWedge in mine and it looks great. Al...

Well the michaels film is alot thinner and requires you to lay down two layers just to acheive the color of the vamp film and it tends to wrinkle easily. the #74 from autolumination sucks, I have it installed and it is very dim, even with the taller base. I mean I can see it at night, but its so dim...

The knobs only go on one way, so I don't see how this could happen. I've had mine off 10 times and never had any issues... I know, I think it's something to do with the cables. Like I can turn it to the all they way mark, but it moves back to the half hot mark. you have to make sure that the clip i...

So is the motor the turbo II or turbo III?? I'm not to uptodate with the older engines. The car looks nice, I rarely see a spirit r/t. Interesting fact for your guys, sorta off topic... Well its another year, which means yet another refinish, but this time its the final one. I had basically all the materials I needed to finally refinish the wheels the right way, I just didn't have much time nor a place to do it. Since I have access to everything I need and I know have tons of time ...
