Ok I just dont want to have to rip apart the brake system because of a shitty pedal feel. I wanna do it right the first time even if that means buying the MC. I have a frined at a couple of parts stores. The stainless steel lines should help also right?? Now I guess the right way would be to buy tw...

oil pan + sensor
I have a couple drips everynight where I park my car. I know for a fact that two are from the pan and one is coming from my faulty sensor, so I want to replace them for my next oil change. I will be buying a new oil pan gasket, so does anything major have to be removed in order to get the pan out, o...

You guys were very helpful. I was able to get the drivers side disc setup installed, but fell short on the passenger side due to the lack of sunlight. It took an hour alone to get the dust caps off the dam drums, they were rusted on there so bad that you couldn't even tell that it wasn't connected t...

If you blended that spot with the paint and cleared the whole fender, you wouldn't have a line in it. To be truthfull sanding the spot will make it worse, you'll end up going through the clear on the edge of it and a couple months down the road you'll see the remaining clear slowly and slowly become...

Thanks for that info thttxboy, that is awesome that I don't have to go through the trouble of taking the spindle/knuckle out. Question, I have never torn apart the rears yet since the rotors are still stuck on them.. So when I swap everything over, that includes the new e-brake assembly right?, or i...

I did go out and buy a metric set, long and shallow, got everything off on both sides except for the long bolt that holds the knuckle to the lateral bar. Now that sob wasn't going anywhere, almost stripped the bolt head with my breaker bar.... looks like I need to bring it somewhere now.. Thanks for...

I don't sand down the area with the ODO. Someone sent me a cluster that had that tint sanded down and it didn't look very good. I may try and play with that to see what I get  Oops I forgot about that..... After the odo arear gets tinted, rmove the tape and put down some spray can clear, u...

I thought about doing the signals. It wouldn't take any more effort, I just don't mind them being green. If they stayed on for any length of time then I would have done them too. As far as the ODO goes, no. You're pretty much screwed there. Either make id red/pink and only see it at night, or just ...

Rear e-brake cable supports
For the people who did the rear disc disc brake conversion, do you remember the size of the socket thats fits on the two bolts holing the e-brake cables to the bottom of the car? For some reason 1/2 to 11/16 all don't fit right. It could be because of all the crap that has accumulated on it. Any hel...

ugh, I can't decide... The car is getting new paint in the spring so painting the car and leaving the wing black won't make sense to me. I don't want the sxt spoiler because of the loss of view out the rear mirror, The lip might still give me the inpression that the rear end is still to bare. They a...

Dude, you definately got to PM me and let me know how you got your SRT rims to look like that. :) I am partial to not running the wing. It does indeed attract a ton of un-needed attention. Believe me, it all went away when I took it off. I say go molded lip. :) It took alot of work, just wait till ...

Srt wing Bye bye????
Ok, So I really can't decide what I want to do with the wing... IMO, it looks nice on the car, adds more appeal to the car. The bad, Its kinda ricey. I can't color match it, because it'd look horrible, It obstructs my vision... Lets not forget thats its a ricer magnet. The other option, molded lip s...

Were you using synthetic oil before you switched to RP? Any synthetic oil will leak in places conventional oil will not. The reason being synthetic oil's molecules are much smaller, allowing it to get to places conventional oil cannot. It isn't so much the oil is destroying a seal, it is only findi...

I know , I know another rp thread... But this one isn't going to point out the high points of the oil only the lows. So I was doing some reading on srtforums and came across a thread bashing rp. The oil supposedly ate through his turbo seal letting the turbine scrape the compressor housing. Some int...

No red turn signals?? I read your how to, and there is a way to make the red odometer visble during the day. If you sand the black tint off of the area and place cellophane over the odo display it is perfectly visble even with the sun glaring on it. I found that the cellophane wasn't the best materi...

Hmm, last I checked it should not be accurate, but it does seem that it depends on a number of factors with these cars when I read all the other posts. I do know for a fact that an SRT running a non-SRT cluster will be off. I've played with two or three different non-SRT clusters with each being in...

engine coolant leak
I was chaging the wheels over to the winter ones and saw a good amount of coolant dripping on the ground. I checked the resevoir shortly after and it was lower than the "add" line. THe car never over heated since it doesn't go over 20 miles a day nor did the coolant temp ever go higher than normal. ...

I have skirts....they are damaged though. However I would want them back in the same condition they are in....or a new set if they destroy them. I found two sets of R/T skirts in a matter of 24 hours when I started looking. I'd have to ask the owner of these if it would be okay. srtgtr ask him abou...

Is it still an industry when they aren't being produced anymore? Now imagine your skirts get damaged and now you are stuck. My point exactly... You guys make it seem like these "replicas" will be trashy and poorly made. Although I have never seen any products that the company makes with my own eyes, I doubt that they make crap. Hell, there quality may even exceed mopars which would keep the value of the skirts relatively in check. The truth...
