As far as the BBK goes, most BBK's dont stop you faster. They do have the potential to absorb more energy before overheating so they are suited for Track days or AutoX. IMHO, you could just get a nice set of stock rotors, change over to Motul 600 fluid, Some new Braided lines, and Hawk or EBC pads a...

PT motor is not the same. It's missing the piston oil squirters for one. It's a little different on the internal stock specs also.
