You sure have a problem with your injectors, maybe you've got one that stayed open and fill the cylinder. You should try the following test: 1-unplugged the coil pack 2-remove fuel rail but keep it all connected to fuel pressure and electrical signal. 3-turn the key on: You shouldn't have any leaks,...

There's a way to have great performance with a SAFC. In order to have proper PCM response, you shouldn't have to go over +10% on the SAFC while triggering AFR of 13.2:1 on NA application for the whole RPM range. Then you just have to pull -50% at idle and till it get 14.7 at part trottle. If you add...

wow, 30# injectors? how the crap did you get that thing to idle? mine was trying to wash down the cylinder walls at idle and partial throttle on 24# accels (mind you they were actually spec'd for 43.5 psi so they were more like 30# injectors at 58psi. how did you get fuel at 54psi? are you using an...

Actually, If you want your car to be optimized for performance, 13.0 or 13.2 :1 is what you're looking for a NA setup.

14.7 is the stoechiometric value for a perfect mixe of O2 and Hydrocarbon. But with a 13.0 or 13.2:1 You will have faster flame propagation in your combustion chamber.

SGT BRAD, I have a similar setup and I already had a trouble with bad timing with an AFX-R PCM, here's what I've done in order to have a running car. All your modifications enhenced the vibration level of the engine. Your PCM see's that thru the knock sensor and reduce timing to prevent knock. In or...
