now a response to my question?! :D I am still at a loss. You only quoted the post, but did not ask anything. Oh FML now I see what you're talking about. Ok I basically said I'm running a 01 PT ecu. Also on that thread I'm pretty sure they said you modify the 1gn throttle shaft to fit it in the jeep...

Your '02 PCM will not drive the '95 to '00 IAC motor. You will have no idle control, plus a CEL. There is no way the 1gn IAC will work. It is a stepper motor, and the '01 and up is a pulse width modulated solenoid. You will need to remote mount the 2gn IAC valve. Fact of life. Plus the holes in the...

The IAC is not wired, or driven the same. A 1gn IAC will not work on '01 and up. Do you know what year the Jeep TB is? There are a few changes after 1996, IIRC. I know my '99 TPS has the same plug as the neon. If it is '97 and newer, you should be good there. I was reading on 1gn you swap the tip f...

The Jeep TB is mainly a 1gn mod. The IAC will not bolt on, unless it is a 2000. Not 100% sure, but the Jeep TPS might work as is. You will also need to make an adapter plate/flange, just like doing the Mustang TB. The Mustang TB in all, is the easier route for a 2gn. I can sell you a remote mount p...

60mm Jeep throttle body on a 2gn question
Hey guys, so I picked myself up a Jeep throttle body from DODGETHIS. I am currently gearing up a 60mm throttle body for my swap project. I was reading on 1gn.org that you need to also use the DOHC throttle body so I ordered one of those from DODGETHIS as well. However, on 1gn it talked about sensors...

Is there metal under the holes that can be drilled and tapped, so the proper fasteners could be used? If the head isn't bolted to the engine yet, now would be the time to do it if possible. Much less risk of metal shavings getting where they don't belong. I'll have to take a look tonight when I get...

I have a non NGC cover, but it is a non-turbo cover. Trying to think of any non-NGC turbos that weren't from Mexico :-k Goodluck cause the stratus RT was the only one lol. And ya I have a non-turbo one but my car is not going to be "Non-turbo". :D http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysler_Neon_engine...

So just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for me. I am using a pre-ngc head but wanted to use the 2.4L Turbo valve cover. After setting it on the head, some of the bolt holes are in the wrong spot. All the ones on the perimeter are fine, its the ones that go down the middle by the spark plug tube...

The pitting would be fine if it's not where the gasket seals. It looks like most of the damage has occured where there is no seal. (Which is why it's pitting in the first place.) The small pit between the two oil returns looks like it might cause the most problems. You'd need to hold the gasket up ...

This. You would prolly see some increase just installing them straight up, but degreeing them with the use of a dyno will get the full potential for your specific set up. You could play with it yourself, and use the butt dyno. Worst that can happen is you put them back to zero. Edit: Pistons have a...

Hey guys, so got it all figured out, stupid me. However, I picked up a set of 2.0 DOHC cams. I am getting a set of adjustable cam gears soon too since I was told and read somewhere that to benefit the use of 2.0 cams was to advance and retard each of the cams. I Now to my question since I could not ...
