missfiring could be a plug or wire......as for the balance, do you have a road hazzard type of deal through a tire company that you get tires from? they often cover things like alignments, and if not, and your brave, go to wal*mart....they do tires and stuff....

so would you say from the pictures i posted of my upper mount that that is whats causing the issue? and is it worth it to do the trans mount too?

thanks for the clarification pics.....heres the deal, i was and am having issues with 'loose play' in the motor to the tranny, basically, when im in gear, if i let the car pull the motor, coating with it in gear, i feel a jolt, a little hitch, and then again when i give it gas, even if i just slight...

did your friend who passed away know anything about your plans to change your interior? if so, you could do this bit by bit as a tribute to him... Do a lot of planning before you do anything. Even if something sounds ludicrous and would take quite a bit of fabrication ask yourself what YOU want it ...

Also, I've noticed that in Lamborghinis, they've got suede. Lamborghinis have Alcantara...a much HIGHER grade material than your average $20 a yard upholstery suede. Just an FYI. Eh, whatever. It looks like suede. Even the wiki article says it looks and feels like it. that looks sick! i love the id...

manual tranny, cars done it ever since i have had it....may be the motor mounts, how do i check if they are worn? and as for the your car is slow thing, i know that...lol but i dont think that it should cause this kind of behavior...

thanks for the quick reply...i didnt really think it was, but it was the closest thing that i could think of...its pretty confusing to me too... it kinda seems like something is loose in the transmision, if thats possible? it just has a little delay between the motor, and the wheels, thats really al...

i've heard the term thrown around, and i think i may be experiencing it....what i'm experiencing is in any gear, the "lag" between the motor and the ground. for example, if im on the throttle, the motors pulling the car, and then when i let off, the cars pulling the motor...and if im idling along in...

well, if it were me, and i wasn't all poor, and in debt, etc....i would take it! how are the miles? obviously would wanna test drive it, hows the rest of the body? any damage to the interior other that the cig burns? viper seats may be in order, and/or new headliner....

mine does this too (2000 plymouth neon lx) but mine, the rear only goes up like half an inch, doesnt even go up all the way, let alone going back and opening.....and when it stops, it makes a loud clicking noise......i was gonna see if i could fix it, but will the headliner be the same if removed/re...
