Well...stock tune, I guess... Eventually if you want more power you will need to add more fuel. You have an '05 so, depending on the health of your fuel system, adding fuel shouldn't be a problem for you. Keep in mind when I say 'add fuel', all you're doing is clicking one button on the device to ma...

Understandable. I'm just going under the assumption that Dewalt wants it to pass without having to change anything. That said, I have to change my exhaust every time inspection comes up. So I guess eventually you'll come across a time when you won't pass emissions either way.

Yes, you can use a DSP (or now intune) on any SRT PCM (stock or staged). If you run the 'Performance Tune' that Diablosport provides, you'll see gains around Stage 2 levels. Keep in mind you must have a wideband air/fuel gauge and you must add fuel, because the tune they provide will be lean from th...

Megasquirt does not fail you for emissions. and when you go in for emissions, you put your stock injectors back in, disable ms ( unplug, hence why its pigggy backed) So you have to disable Megasquirt, and put the car back on stock PCM to pass....Soooo you're proving my point? If you run Megasquirt....

Yeah the ATX can handle it, because in actuality, you won't be putting down huge numbers after those mods. You'll definitely wake the car up though. Depending on the mileage, I'd suggest upgrading the cooler for the trans, since heat is the main killer of the ATX.

Ya know, I was instantly gonna just point you to Modern, but Modern doesn't have 1gn floor mats. However, Modern says 2gn floor mats are fairly similar: Mopar OEM 00-05 Neon/SRT4 floor mats now in stock! Will these fit 1gn's? look very similar. We've tested them and they are not a perfect fit, but t...

Only thing is...if I remember correctly, you're gonna need the whole body harness too, since I believe they changed the pinouts for 03+. At least that's what I think I remember reading when going over Jason's build. A 2.0t is more than plausible, but you will need to run Megasquirt, which pretty muc...

You already have the SRT engine. You'd be 'molesting an R/T' just as much by building and turboing the 2.0.

And yes, you will definitely need to upgrade your clutch.

Have you replaced the hoses connected to the EVAP box? They can dry rot and leak even when they look perfectly normal. Those will almost always kick the EVAP codes on.

It may be contacting where it goes through the rear crossmember area. :withstupid: I've had my 3" exhaust sit on the crossmember before and it gave off a tin-like sound and vibrated the car when I got on it. Another place could be the spare tire well, but I can't remember if the 2.0 exhaust sits cl...

1. Rear wheels seem to be tucked in.. more than front wheels. Seem to be? Have you ever had it measured? Because they aren't. The rear quarter is just wider. That's a fact on most cars. 2. Rear end suspension is completely jacked up How so? On your car, or every neon in general? It's a very simplis...

Go to an exhaust shop and have them shorten the distance between the two tips, or very carefully widen the holes in the lip kit. How far is it off?
