I would go for the memphis. They are the closest things to JL's you can get and IMO they might not be as loud as JL's but the sound quality is the same if not better. I helped one of my buddies put one Memphis 12 in with a tiny amp and it sounds great. I would love to hear what two 12's with an amp ...
