I dont think its the TQ converter. I listened to it for awhile today after work and it is definetly coming from the valve cover. Like towards the front(facing the car) I am gonna take the valve cover off this weekend and see if anything looks broke on shreaded. Ill update on Sunday. Thanks again Bla...

I was thinking is was lifters, rockers or something like that. Sorry BlackRose I dont have a way to get a sould clip. If I take off my valve cover will I be able to tell if they are bad?? If so how bad is it to replace them?? It actually is louder after the car is warmed up. Cant really hear it all ...

I just turned 70,000 miles on my car. I have read that the timing belt should be changed at about 80,000 miles. Should I go ahead and do it now??? How hard is it to change?? Need some help...ticking sound???
I have this loud ticking sound coming from my engine at low RPMs. It goes away the higher RPMs get. I thought it was just the valves, but I can still hear the valves and this "other" ticking. What could it be???? It is the loudest at idle after the car warms up. Any and all help would be awesome. L8...
