I went to Advanced Auto today and they can get me a new gasket for like $26. Comes with spark plug seals too Is that a good price??

I did not have a chance to pull the valve cover yet. Do I have you replace the gasket if I take it off?

I dont think its the TQ converter. I listened to it for awhile today after work and it is definetly coming from the valve cover. It sounds to be coming from the block. It is more of a "tick" than a "knock". Sounds like something is loose?? I know this is gonna be hard to try and diagnose on here. So I will try and get as much info as possible. My main concern is something breaking before I know it.
