yea thats the main reason for it i run alot of electronics in it and i dont want it to die! and yea it is Dependant on temp cuz it does read a little lower in the summer.

i have a sub system that pulls on my electrical system even thought there is a capacitor. also my cars battery died after a week of not driving it so i like to watch my volts. it also will help me know if and when my alternator starts to go bad, because our alternators are 14v and thats what my gaug...

i already have oil pressure, volts, and vacuum. i was thinking of relocating the volt gauge next to my dog (which has neither a shift light or bark) and getting either a oil temp or air fuel in the old spot of the volt meter.

lol for me to put my ball on i filed down the tip and then tapped it on with a hammer (very carfully)
