problem apperently has been solved. i changed the hertz settings from 60 to 75 and it worked. but the potential of my video card cant be expressed b/c my monitor only supports 1076x768. gay but at least its fixed. thanks for your help guys.

my monitor will only support 1024x768. the color is on 32-bit. the highest i can choose. im just going to keep working on it.

ok here's the deal. my flat panel has been working well but when i started it up today the display was multicolored, flickering and completely out of whack size wise. it will run fine when i change it to the 800X600 resolution setting but when i put it back on 1024X768 it goes nuts again.... i am ru...
