ok cool, thats great cuz i deff. need it to move higher in the rpm's, and what the hell is AFAIK?

i have a 2000 neon. 2.0 sohc mtx, i want to get a cam gear but i was wondering, with everyone here that has a cam gear, whats the best setting for it for the 2.0 sohc? where will i see the most power gains with it? any help would be much appreciated
