how much to replace the fuel rail or damper?

alright thanks guys... but

where can i get a srt fuel rail???

and would that give me any extra power or better fuel milage or anything good like that...? i know it prolly a lot of money

so i took that part off and it has the following numbers on it... lmd466 03304 there are 2 little divets on ether side of this metal canister. it is a damper for the pulsation of the fuel pump. thats all i am able to find out about this part. it is leaking fuel though so it has to be fixed or replac...

ohhh alright...

but you said 40 dollars... i just got off the fone with the lancaster store and they are saying 190 dollars =(

i have a haynes repair manual.

fuel line goes into engine compartment. and up the firewall.
it has a quik connect to the damper then another line going to the fuel rail.

it is about as round as a quater and about 1/2 inch thick.

i got the car around 37 g miles and no sound... around 40 g a lil ticking... normal... but now its at almost 44 g miles and sound like aLOT of valve lash or rock arms ... its a lot of clatter... and i noticed a smell of fuel in teh cabin ever since i had the car... so i saw what it was and there is ...

hey i just found out that my fuel pulsation damper is leaking and i am trying to find one to replace it. but no luck.

sooo WHERE COULD I BUY IT???

people keep giving me the damn fuel pump regulator. and the dealer dont even no what teh hell the fuel pulsation damper even is....

please help me out

well i had changed the oil a while back around 40g miles... its teh mobil proformance oil its really runy though like water almost... and smells burnt =/ but on start up after a few seconds or minutes when it is about 1300 rpms it knocks ... when i rev it and it falls below 1500 rpms it sounds reall...

oh cuz i have infinity kappas all around... what about alpine comps?

and how much better are the jl or rfs?

Does any one have the Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 components?
or the infinity kappa 60.9cs?

the rear speakers i have now... the 6 by 9s , one gives off more bass then the right one... why?

well i have infinity kappa 2 ways in the dash and 3 ways in the front doors and rear deck with a infinity kappa 12 inch ssi sub alpine mrp m500 and pioneer gm d9500f i was going to put 6 3/4 3 ways in the rear doors...

how the hell would subs go in there? if they can WHAT KIND????

hey i have a 2004 dodge neon sxt 43000 miles. the past few weeks the engine has been making alot of knocking. its quit loud to. specialy when in park and i rev it up to about 2500 rpms and it goers down to about 1500 rpms, it sounds like vavles to me. and you can also here it while going down the ro...

really? because the wire im using is like 14 or 12 gauge and seems bigger then the factory wire

but i read some where that the factory wire can only handle 15 rms and my amps pushing 75 rms

i have my speaker wire from my amp connected to the factory speaker wires for my front door speakers adn dash speakers...

is that ok or am i losing sound quality and power?

i really should have reread my post befor posting that one my was power my two amps with only a 8 gauge power wire and my lights dimed ALOT but then i upgraded my power wire and ground wire with 2-0 gauge and my lights dont dim at alll im confussed cuz the 8 gauge means less power to the amps right?...

i thought so... but wasnt sure...

alright thanks how much did that cost you though??? and i am some what confussed i have a pioneer gm-d9500f along with a alpine mrp-m500... i had them hooked up to a main power wire of only 8 gauge and my lights dimmed alot... so hten i upgraded my power wire and ground to 2-0 gauge and now lights d...

look guys... i tried finding the sticky on upgrading the big 3 or big 6... i need the location of all and the lenths of all. but i couldnt find it... i looked for like 30 mins and typed in big 3 ground wire upgrade and all and looked through tons of pages... help me out please sorry i know it prolly...

what is the multifuntion switch? where is it at?
