Ive got a local guy offering me a 2.4 turbo engine from a pt for 500$ with 70 000 km's (43 xxx miles) on it, and a rebuilt head. But the engine needs a new crankshaft as well as a new turbo. 2.0 manifold with internal wastegate
Hey guys. I plan on using a turbo with an internal wastegate however the manifold I want to buy has a flange for an external wastegate. Do I need to get a turbo with an external wastegate or can I simply weld the opening shut. Thanks.
