Check out lvsrt.com for some more srt owners in vegas. My srt left nevada last september and chris sold his to get a toaster, but srtjesse is still around, and last I heard, Sean was pushing 900+ hp with his srt.

there isn't any play in the tie rod.. I couldn't get any pictures since it's been pouring rain the past 2 days. I'll snap some tomorrow hopefully when I get it into the garage.

I meant tie rod the whole time.. I guess that's what happens when you stay up past your bed time

I think it's the boot on the rack and pinion unit now after some googling. I'll try to post a picture later.

Sticking to the original paint code usually does work best, however SY is one of the hardest to match due to the color fading in the sun. The paint on the whole car still looks to be in really good condition. I'm inspired to buff my car this weekend now

Control arm questions.

Hey all, I've got 2 issues with my control arm  1. Ever since I replaced my hub and bearing, I think I over torqued the lower control arm bushing. IIRC it's torque value is like 12 ft/lbs. I couldn't find a deep enough socket to use the torque wrench, so I just estimated with a open end wrench...

Now that's very OEM :) I wonder if theres a way to make a similar harness. Unless someone has an extra canadian fog light DRL harness I could purchase from them

Thank you for the suggestion! I'll look into it more and see what I can do with that. When and if I get it figured out I'll make a how-to. There's benefits to having DRLs like making yourself more visible to other drivers and insurance discounts. Just thought it would be nice to have some DRLs

I know this isn't too related to this thread but I couldn't find any other topics related to day time running lamps. I was just curious to know if there was a way to wire in fog lights or even headlights to work as DRLs.

Questions about Stage 1 PCM

Hey all, I've apparently got a "Bad" PCM, diagnosed by a dealership. I sold this PCM on eBay to someone who said they asked the dealership to install it, and the dealer said they got codes P204 and P201 after installing the Stage 1 PCM. He sent me back the PCM and he included the invoice the dealers...

It's the Kinetic wastegate.

What would be a better upgrade? DSP or WGA with the S1 PCM?

And my biggest concerns are A/F Ratio, which I read was fine as long as I didn't go higher than 16 psi, and PTB but I'm told you can avoid PTB as long as you remove the red vacuum line and cap the nipples.

A few waste gate questions.

I've been wanting to properly install and utilize the Kinetic WGA that's been sitting in my closet for about a year now, so I started doing research and kept the self-educating task going for hours. I just have a few questions because I'm confused about a few things that I've read differently on a f...

I'd be cautious with Tru Bendz. I bought a 2.5" piping kit from them last winter for my swap and what they sent me was horrible... Adam - If it was the rear section I could see how it would have been annoying. I put an SRT rear section on my 2.0 and all it does is remove the only thing quieting down the noise; the muffler on the stock 2.0 exhausts. I later put a cherry bomb glass pack and it sounded better than I expected it to.
