What kind of blow off valve do you have? Usually flutter means your spring is too tight. I have the exact opposite issue my bov sounds like a constant vaccum leak at idle since my spring is very loose so i need to throw some more washers in and close that bish up. :lol: I have a turbonetics raptor....

my car flutters at low rpm sometimes and sometimes when i get higher in rpms. is there anyway to maybe reduce the amount of flutter? ive heard that the srt stock turbo does it alot and a 50 trim would be a fix. its runnung 18lbs of boost right now,should i turn it down to like 14 or 15lbs ive also h...

idk man i have the same sound from my bov at real low rpms but my car is running 18psi. Im thinking about turning the bost down cause it goes to 18psi no prob bu then flutters on it.idk whytho

It is harder to find R/T neons cause they made lessbut sxt's are everywhere. I would say look for a srt4 cause they are not that hard to find and around the 5k-7k for decent ones range!
