I'm on IPP's and I'm right around 2 1/4" off the ground. Don't know how that compares to others but just thought I'd throw that in.

Throwing codes affecting performance??

This may seem like a novice question but here it goes. I removed my catalytic converter when I put on my header and exhaust. Now my computer is throwing codes (1684, 0420. Catalytic converter faliure and battery code). My question is, is this affecting the performance of my car at all? It seems as i...

Paint the front bumper, and either:

A. Get a carbon fiber hood (there are lots of nice designs)

B. Do that to the hood and paint it

Other than that the car looks real clean! Almost makes me wish that I wouln't have modified mine as much and make it a sleeper (it used to be that same color).

I have the same code. Mine is because I don't have a cat (we don't have emissions here). Could it still hurt my engine? I have been driving around for almost 8 months like this.

Mine does the same thing after I added the sxt wing. 2000 neons don't have the inside the trunk release. I think we might have to buy the setup from a neon that already has a wing.

I have a trunk light and I had an engine bay light until I got my c/f hood. Too bad I just threw the engine light away, I guess I could have sold it or something.

I clean mine thoroghly before every show (6-8 times a year). The only problem that I have ever run into was getting water on my alarm speaker. It's nothing serious, it just makes the chirp higher pitched for a few days until it dries on the inside of the speaker.

I have heard bad things about the pacesetters rusting and stuff. Personally I had a pacesetter header on my old car and after about 3 months it just straight snaped  . I currently have a Thermal R&D exhaust and it is awesome. I have had it for about a year now with no problems. You can check i...

Well I have driven it around for a good 5 days or so and they really haven't made much of a change. I am just trying to avoid the bad spots in the road and it's not too bad. But the ride really dosen't bother me that bad.

Need supension help quick!

Ok, I just installed my IP2 coilovers. The ride is VERY bouncy but I figured that that was with any coilovers and that it would reduce after they break in a little bit. There is really no give in the suspension at all though. I feel every little bump in the road like it is a huge pot hole. I have tr...

Ok, well you can do 19's but get something better looking than that (I realize those are just stockers just to get an idea) and then definatley get it lowered. Then you'll be big pimpin.

just replace the bulb. it only costs a buck or two and it will fix your problem right there. I have had this happen to me so I know from experience. It's really not that big of a deal.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. It means that your right tail light is out. The number is on the existing bulb so just get another one like it. All you have to do is pull away the carpet behind the tail light. The bulbs just twist and pull out of the socket. Then just pull out the old on...

Installed my IP2 coilovers. Alignment questions.

I just installed my IP2 coilovers (full strut replacements). I plan on keeping it low in the summer for shows and lifting it back up to stock height in the winter. I was wondering if I have to have the car re-aligned every time I adjust the height of the car? Anyone know if I need to? Thanks guys.
