the easy way is to drain it, use a hose to flush out as much as you can and then just refill it. Depending on how many miles your car has you might have alot of junk in the overflow bottle. What i meant was you might be able to get an official readout of the mileage from them that would help you prove the exact mileage of the car.

I don't know if this will help at all but the Dodge dealership may have a way to pull the exact mileage out of the ECU..
