So as long as the r/t exhaust header is in good shape then keep it on there and since I will be running no cat down pipe it would need to have a bung installed on the r/t header good thing I got one laying around !

So what flows better , lasts longer or disperses heat the best stock R/T exhaust header or those eBay stainless steel short tube headers?

Thanx again guys ! I picked one up at pepboys came in a pack of two it was 18mm . I had to hone it out with a stepper bit. Should work great, good idea.

Where do I get those ? Pepboys or autozone? You mean defouler for the spark plugs?

Thanx guys I went with the trubenz 2.5 R/T catback system and OBX style SS header and downpipe I'm gonna have to double up the rear o2 bungs cuz it won't have the cat anymore !
