That happened on my old SRT motor. I had to drill it and retap it. Make sure you buy a nice tap those cheap ass ones will break off

ECU and intake are ez the harness isnt gonna be fun since guys always hack theres up. Im sure if your ok with soldiering a few wires longer for the map and TB u could use the PT. There is a guy over here in MI selling a full swap with everything but trans for $1500

I got my 08 PT GT motor full without trans for $700 with 22k miles and 6 month warranty. You just got to shop around on car-part.com

I know when I got my 08 PT GT motor the harness was not the same. The intake manifold is on top and the wires are diff lengths. Also a few other differences. In parts. I heard also that you dont want to run a PT ECU, most PT guys run SRT ECUs to get more boost without the overboost codes.

Ive heard the Camaro Magnaflow before on a 1st gen. Sounded pretty nice for a cheap fix. I have some stock RT tips if you need any to weld on there.
