And unless you wear a helmet every time you drive, you put yourself at risk for a massive head injury from a minor accident.

It's gonna be a pretty large pipe. You would need almost pipe with a 1" ID.

FACT: 2000-2005 Neons ALL use the same hood. FACT: SRT-4 and SRT-D use the same hood, which is different from the regular Neon hood. FACT: SE, SXT, R/T front fascias, when used with an SRT hood, have a gap and generally look dumb. If they are adjusted improperly, they can rub at the peak of the hood...

To answer your question, yes they will still work perfectly fine. However, you will not get as much of a drop from the springs as you do currently.

If you got a "noticable" drop, then you didn't install factory SRT ACR springs.

Replace any bolts you may have to remove again with stainless steel, like the ones Bill mentioned to give yourself less headaches.

0.25-0.5" drop, stiffer than regular Neon OEM springs Spring rate when installed onto the standard SXT style struts is increased by over 30% by my calculations. Its quite a bit stiffer. Paired with SRT sways or ACR sways it makes for a very decent handling DD. As far as the drop goes, its less than...

I've got one on my '03. My engine bay is a mess, or I'd take a pic. It make a very very deep sound, much nicer than any other CAI I've owned. Its a bit of a tight fit inside the fender well, but with some playing it goes in okay.

I never stated that they were the same as the ones that you purchase from MPx or elsewhere. I just stated that they are Tokico Illuminas. Which they are.

For the record, SRT springs on stock SXT struts will net you 1/8" or less drop, but a MUCH higher spring rate and firmer ride. The ACR struts are Tokico Illuminas, so I would imagine they would be okay with a slightly lower spring with a higher rate as they are built for performance. You can get Mop...

Sound like how? The idle will be almost identical as you have an NGC equipped R/T so it will adjust timing so you don't really get the lump it may have an other cars... As far as higher RPM sound, it will sound identical to your current setup, just with slightly more power.

Rumors of AWD, Automatic only, $32k+ price tag, etc etc etc.

I may just stick to an R/T instead.

NASIOC is full of idiots, whiners and assholes.

Subarus suck. I bought one, it rotted away underneath itself. Was a complete POS. Would never own another Subaru.

Moar Neon required.
