i was reading a post and thought hey this is pretty cool. .these guys have this.. vtech thing.. i think it's a bolt on piece or something that goes by the intake. anyway.. anyone have any more info on it? like where i can get one and how to install it on my neon?

hardest part of srt4 front bumper swap. .the cost..

front bumper alone is about 300-400. and you have to make sure you buy it mostly complete...as in, fog light bezles, mesh, foglights, because if you buy it all seperately the costs add up.
