what you could do is go to the dodge dealer and buy a clamp that wraps around the top radiator hose and has a extra clip that holds the t/b cable in place.. not really sure but most neons have it. my 2000 does..

From your original post all I see is a bit of defensive driving on your part to avoid an accident. yeah but when he changed lanes the way he did he almost caused another accident which could have been avoided if he kept his distance from the car infront of him.. sorry dude im just trying to be real...

I say fight, but in all honesty and i dont mean to shit on any ones parade.. Only thing they might tag you with is tale gateing.. Judge might say they you would have not been forced to change lanes like you did if you woul d have kept your distance. And only time you would get away with a quick lane...

I still say no to the black kit. whats the point of spending money for the kit and throwing it on the car when Its not going to match and look like a half ass job.. You might as well not get them if you dont want them to be seeing.

I say git the kit and paint it yellow to give it a clean flow with the car.

only way it would make sense to paint the kit black would be if you had stock black door handles. but you dont so i say yellow..

When I started noticing that sound, I sent the neon to have the headgasket replaced....I should've at least tried a new pressure cap. I hope the mechanic was honest. At least I know for a fact that my talon made gurgling bubbles in the overflow when it's headgasket went blah. Oh well. better early ...

looks good, my .02 cents would be to lower the car with a 1.8 drop progress springs from www.modrenperformance.com
paint the rims black/optional, and get 215-45-17 tire series. those tire are super thin and your going to damage your rims sooner than you think.

I had inspected every hoes and clamp and nothing until now. For some odd reason ...
