Don't waste your money on new control arms, as the bushing will just wear out in another 4 years anyways. I have engery suspension bushings in mine. Loosen the other bolt holding the mount to the frame, and you will be able to line it up. Just make sure you have a jack under the engine before hand.

If you havn't done the bottom one yet, if you have access to a c-clamp, you won't need to take the bolt out in the first place.
