i'm buyin the gf's ole 2000 neon lx off her. trying to keep the miles down on my other vehicle. but, i want to improve the neon appearance and performance wise... 1. The car is silver. It has the stock snowflake rims. I was thinking about grabbing some silver srt4 rims, or maybe just some decent 17s...
