I build chainmail armor, and I have a full suit (hauberk, coif, gloves, etc...) and I own a bunch of "renaissance" clothing. I also have a bunch of swords, and what not. SO I usually dress up as a knight. Are you one of those dudes who dresses up for the Ren Fest? It's too bad I didn't have a chanc...

If they tend to break anyway, you might as well just measure them and buy new ones. Shoot...they ought to be cheap enough. After all, why attach the sway bar to your car with rust?

Communication Studies 130 - introductory speech

Totally blows...and worst is, the TA has absolutely no respect for math whatsoever :(

I skipped it this morning since I didn't hear my alarm.

It'd be even greater as free verse...you know, with strategic line breaks and stanzas. It's kind of hard to follow as one huge paragraph.

Probably the only way that we would see true reform in the credit system is if people weren't so afraid of bankruptcy. There are tons of people out there who really can't pay their bills who are trying desperately to make sure their bills are paid. These people... * Borrow to pay their loans and nec...

IMHO we ought to teach people about religious belief in schools, but we should teach it in a cultural context, rather than in a scientific context. I do think, though, that origins science is a bit lacking, and perhaps, our origin is something that we can never know for sure without relying on faith.

i think both should be taugh in schools if usa is suposed to be "one nation under GOD" if not then we should just be a nation. We were "one nation, indivisible" according to the Pledge of Allegiance until Congress changed it in 1954. I think it's surprising that people think that "under God" phrase...

Meh..if you go with a different brand, you can get a better one for $100-$300 more at Best Buy. bige, if we can't test for God, then why test for anything? :P I was just hinting at that Bible verse that forbids us from putting God to the test. If my assumption is correct (that the designer is the Christian God), the Bible does apply. How does randomness bring about order though? What about en...

Intelligent design (ID) is not science at all. How, exactly, do we test the idea that we were designed by a designer? I really don't buy any of the indirect proofs offered thus far. The idea of them seems to be that the order of nature implies design. But yet, it is possible for order to come out of...
