oh, ok - fog lights ... in Germany we are not allowed to use them until it's time to use them (foggy, rainy, snowy weather). If you use them in city traffic (esp. at night) and get nabbed you gotta pay retribution...

@03sxt: no they didn't illumiate before... that's Germany... what you mean with "driving lights"? they glow while driving and parking lights are going, they don't glow alone...

HI EVERYONE! I'm from Germany, driving a 2nd gen Chrysler Neon LE 2.0 . Yesterday I finished my work on the front indicator lights (dunno if that is the right expression) . It is still quite unusual in Germany to illuminate these (...) lights, see examples. I don't want my Neon to look like a German...
