alternators only output 14.7 when thier BRAND new, after a while they drop to 13's and stay there pretty much untill they approach the end of thier life. Then why during all the time that I have worked on diffrent cars do they all show damn near 14.7 on charging system checks? If YOUR seeing less I...

ok....we can not change voltage. I cant understand why you cant grasp that. the charging sys puts out (on a stock vehicle) 14.7v. That is a static number. it MAY drop to 14 depending on load. But most often it is a solid unchanging number. As far as the water pipe....lets say you have a small grass ...

Your right I did mis speak. Point well taken. changing to a bigger guage at that short of a run is pointless if you dont intend on increasing electron flow (amperage) So your telling me if I have a water pipe that is the size of a dime....and a pipe that is 5 ft wide...that Im NOT gonna get more flo...

WRONG!!!! Voltage is pre determined by the alt and the voltage regulator. Thats why its there. You will not increase voltage you will increase amperage. Think of it as a water pipe. Voltage is pressure amperage is flow. Go back to electrical school rookie and try again next year. EDIT...I suppose no...

Which way does electricity flow?
We say that electricity flows from the positive (+) terminal of a battery to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.

So......whats your point???

And its so worthless an idea...whay is it that the Subes show not only voltage gains...but actual hp gains from this process? Im not sayin th neon will show hp gains....but the concept remains.

AM acc guage dimmer??

Ive got an Autometer cobalt volt meter in my pillar pod. I am wondering what options I may consider in adding a dimmer to it. I had a phantom series and that was just WAY too bright. I got this and its nice...but I want it darker. I had thought about runing it thru the cluster dimmer but I want more...

Driver window needs to be tinted to match the rest. 6. needs new calipers, pads, rotors. 7. rear carpet need to be cleaned to get out the 2/...

Green. Blue is over rated. Make sure you get the LED sets. A little more expensive but Ive had the Neons and they are very easy to break. Plus they are no where near as bright as the LEDs.
