No, it will be awhile. I am on the MS gulf coast now so it is a good 22-24 hour drive...soonest would be some time this summer.

Usually when I am up that way I am in the 99 DOdge Grand Caravan Sport (wife, 3 kids, a big dog, and enough crap to live up there for a week or 2).

looks like we are headed in the same direction. I haven't started on the suspension/handling mods yet other than tires and rims. I am going to try and get DOHC pistons and shave the head slightly to get to 10.5ish as opposed to getting the forged pistons/rods. Are you considering upgrading to a LTH ...

What all are you going to do? I think you mentioned 10.5 slugs along with all the top end stuff. Are you going with a Wideband to monitor A/F ratio? I am hoping to get a mag head and get the head and cam installed and hopefully a LTH and high flow cat with the tax returns and then maybe an intake ma...

Maybe we can talk to Vin Diesel and Paul Walker and get one of them to drive a NEON in Fast and the Furious 4 and then they will sell like crazy. Dodge will have no choice but to scrap the caliber and bring back the NEON... The 2.0 Mag as the SXT, the 2.4 DOHC as the R/T and of course the REAL SRT-4...

01neon01: No pics of the Rotas on the car as they are still on backorder. I called MPx and they said they have been on backorder for about 3 weeks and ROTA is notoriously slow...they were hoping to have them in a few weeks. They said they had the gunmetal in stock, but I am waiting for the flat blac...

I just put mine on the other day and I do enjoy it but it wasn't a magic bullet or anything. Throttle response is better and it seems to have a little more pick up, but I need a LOT MORE get up and go. Next up...head work, mag cam, cam gear, and/or LTH.

I had a friend from church who was a computer guy and a HONDUH ricer so I let him have the chip to crack it open but he couldn't get it open without busting it so he just put a electronic thingie on each side and said there was no difference in the signal (no resistence). I know even less about elec...

I think I read somewhere that somebody shortened them and they worked great...might have been in the MPx "review" sections for the wires or for the review itself.

Neons aren't the only cars with picky computers...look at the reviews for the new Evo and the "tuners" are pinging over all the stuff the ECU handles and what a nightmare it will be to tune. Most cars have obstacles and the newer cars are usually behind the older cars in aftermarket stuff available....

Fix your engine first. From the sounds of it you are on a budget just like the rest of us. If you spend your available $$$ on an exhaust and a UDP (both good choices by the way) and then your engine takes a dump, you are S-O-L. Now if you have unlimited funds, then you still need to fix your engine ...

List of N/A NGC dyno results with mod list

I am just curious where others are at with their NGC N/A mods and dyno. My info is in the signature. With a Vibrant muffler, AEM CAI, and a MPx UDP I put down 119hp and 127ft lbs. Since then I have added a mag header and a MPx 60mm TB. I will not be going back to the dyno until I get some head work ...

I have seen stuff available for the Dodge Ram trucks as well. SO Dodge doesn't mind letting some have the codes, just not all. There has to be another reason why us NGC guys get bent over. I am half tempted to just keep slowly modding and see how far the magical NGC powers extend and then if I brea...

Agreed. I figure if Len and I sell 5 turbo systems, I will probably make about minimum wage for the time put into it. Only worth doing if we sell more. I got all the necessary hardware (6 bolts, the brass fitting, and a small piece of rubber hose) I didn't use the hose for anything as it was too short but I think the section it was suppose to connect to had been altered.

Everything bolts up real easy...especially if you already have a CAI.

megasquirt is not a bolt on...you have to build it and learn how to program it. It is quite involved and will require quite a bit of research before you get into that.
