Any advice? Like what all needs to be removed to do it, what tools should I use, and should I gasket match the ports on front and rear? What about these "injector humps"? Rid of them, or keep em? UDP Bolt Stuck

Ok - stupid problem, and I need an answer to it cause I can not find it... My UDP bolt is tuck, and nothing will break it loose. I took it off one time before with an electric, 240 ft/lbs impact wrench and installed it back with the same wrench... then I didn't get it all the way on and installed it...
